Thanks to the cooperation between National Technical University of Ukraine
“Igor Sikorsky Kyiv Polytechnic Institute” and the ATHENA Alliance, 38 students embarked on their COIL experience in the “Research Skills Development” course within the IMPACT Project.
Professor Yuliana Lavrysh delivered a lecture titled “Build Your Academic Resilience Skills,” offering valuable insights into resilience as a key skill for both academic and professional success. As part of this course, the session emphasized practical strategies for handling challenges in research and academic life.
Through ATHENA Alliance’s initiative, participants gained tools to enhance perseverance, adaptability, and proactive problem-solving—skills essential for thriving in today’s dynamic academic environments.
