Professors Yuliana Lavrysh and Iryna Simkova participated in the academic virtual exchange project “Cross-Cultural Business Communication 2024-25.” This unique initiative brought together partners from various universities, including Hubertus Weyer, who engaged students from the Wiesbaden Business School and the University of Applied Sciences and Arts (HAWK), as well as Olga Tsubova from Lviv Polytechnic National University.
The project served as a platform for creative interaction and idea exchange among students from diverse cultural backgrounds, focusing on practical aspects of financial literacy and intercultural communication. This approach proved to be highly relevant and motivating, fostering creativity and innovative thinking among all participants.
The students demonstrated remarkable enthusiasm and dedication, which resulted in the creation of outstanding outcomes. These included interactive quizzes that enhance knowledge retention, user-friendly and informative guides valuable for both project participants and a broader audience, as well as engaging surveys designed to promote mutual understanding in an intercultural context. Notably, all the products were developed with a focus on real-world application, adding significant value to their contributions.
The energy, effort, and attention to detail that the students invested in their work deserve the highest praise. Their approach not only reflects a deep understanding of the topics but also highlights their ability to effectively collaborate in intercultural teams to address complex challenges.
We eagerly look forward to incorporating these materials into the educational process in the upcoming semester and continuing to build upon this fruitful international collaboration.
