Our department is proud to lead the development of Virtual Exchange (VE) programs, offering our students unparalleled opportunities for global engagement and cross-cultural communication.
Recently, students from six of our faculties actively participated in an International Virtual Exchange (IVE) project. This initiative connected them with peers from 15 different countries, providing a unique platform to discuss shared challenges, interests, and aspects of student life across diverse cultural contexts.
In a separate, impactful collaboration, our students enthusiastically supported an initiative from Okayama University, Japan. This exchange focused on critical peace issues through the lens of conflict-sensitive media. Participants delved into how language in media shapes perceptions of peace and conflict, culminating in their insightful suggestions for making media more conflict-sensitive.
We are committed to fostering such enriching initiatives and are dedicated to providing our students with continuous opportunities to connect and collaborate with peers worldwide.
