A new international course GEAR UP has started for first- and second-year students!
The virtual exchange GEAR UP has officially begun, bringing together students from partner universities in Spain, Azerbaijan, and Germany.
This joint online course aims to help students develop essential 21st-century skills needed for a confident start in today’s global professional environment. Over the course of eight weeks, participants will explore cultural differences, practice effective intercultural communication, enhance their time management and problem-solving skills, and collaborate in international teams.
By the end of the course, students will:
- develop key soft skills (teamwork, critical thinking, time management, etc.);
- learn to collaborate effectively in an international virtual environment;
- improve their online communication skills.
