The Virtual Exchange project “COIL for Future Skills Development”, implemented in partnership with Lviv Polytechnic National University and Wiesbaden Business School (Germany), brought together 53 students who collaborated in international teams to address real-world challenges connected to digital transformation, financial literacy, and student wellbeing.
Throughout the project, students co-created websites, guidelines, and recommendations aimed at enhancing financial literacy and promoting wellbeing among students. They also shared their perspectives on the future implications of AI, exploring how artificial intelligence will influence future jobs and the labour market. As a result, participants developed a prototype platform that maps current professions to their potential AI-enhanced future equivalents, supporting professional adaptation and integration.
The project received highly positive feedback from participants. Students emphasized not only the growth of their intercultural communication and collaboration skills, but also the meaningful connections and new friendships formed across borders.
