REPORTS ON THE RATING OF SCIENTIFIC AND TEACHING EMPLOYEES OF KAMTS #2

To enhance the activity of academic and teaching staff, utilize their intellectual potential, and objectively stimulate the effectiveness of all types of work at the university, an annual performance evaluation for academic and teaching staff at the university has been implemented in accordance with the “Norms for Scoring the Activities of Academic and Teaching Staff for the 2021/2022 and 2022/2023 academic years” (Appendix 2 to Order No. НОН/315/2021 dated December 30, 2021).

The purpose of introducing the university’s staff rating system is as follows:

  • To improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the professional activities of academic and teaching staff.
  • To ensure transparency and objectivity in the assessment of the activities of each academic and teaching staff member and the university’s structural units.
  • To foster healthy competition and enhance work motivation.
  • To facilitate the effective transformation of the university into a world-class research institution.

Considering that the work of an educator is complex and multifaceted, the evaluation of academic and teaching staff takes into account not only the volume of work performed but also its quality. The assessment of an educator’s work considers both the quantity and quality of all types of work completed during the academic year, including Teaching and Methodological Work, Scientific and Innovative Work, and Organizational and Educational Work. The educator’s Individual Plan is the primary regulatory document that governs the work of each educator and is approved by the department’s meeting minutes. Therefore, the assessment system for academic and teaching staff at КАМТС №2 is aimed at the complete and high-quality execution of these plans.
